CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS
1. Quality of Service
Purchased reports and content qualify as "instantly performed digital content" within the scope of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. Therefore, the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal after the service has begun (Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15/ğ).
2. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer waives their right of withdrawal upon completion of payment and commencement of service preparation. This is also clearly stated in the Distance Selling Agreement and Preliminary Information Form approved at the time of ordering.
3. Seller Liability
The seller delivers the service electronically (e-mail or online panel) within five business days of order confirmation. If the service is not provided at all, the consumer may request a refund.
4. Delay/Non-Performance
If the service cannot be provided on time due to force majeure (internet outage, technical malfunction, natural disaster, etc.), the Buyer will be notified in writing. The Buyer may, if they wish, withdraw from the contract and receive a refund.
5. Return Process
A refund is only valid if the service is not provided at all or if the service cannot be performed due to the seller's fault. In this case, the refund will be made within 10 business days using the same method of payment as the buyer.
6. Communication
Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Seller via bto.pharm@gmail.com.
