KVKK INFORMATION TEXT
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the personal data (name, surname, contact information) and special personal data (your health data, laboratory results, complaints, etc.) you provide to us will be processed by Bilal Tarık Özcan, acting as the data controller, for the following purposes:
1. Preparation of a personal digital report based on the data provided by the client,
2. Providing the service to you, carrying out the invoicing and delivery processes,
3. Managing requests and complaints regarding the service,
4. Fulfilling our legal obligations.
Your personal data may be securely stored on cloud-based systems (both domestic and international) in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law. Your data will not be shared with third parties; it will only be shared with the technical infrastructure providers necessary for the provision of the service.
Your rights: Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, you always have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to its processing.
